(2) This ozone machine is not a professional electrician, please do not open the box (high voltage inside).
(3) Please open the rear cover of chassis by professional electrician during maintenance.
(4) Equipment maintenance (if on-site service is required, travel expenses shall be paid by the customer. The cost company selects the nearest dealer for on-site service according to the distance.
(5) When repairing the equipment, please send the warranty card back to the company. If it is inconsistent with the above operation instructions, the company will not bear the maintenance cost.
(6) The company's full range of products from the date of purchase to provide one year free warranty and lifelong maintenance. If the product has the following faults, the company will not undertake the free warranty obligation, only collect the repair materials: the environment is too humid (humidity ≥ 85%) or water damage products; unauthorized modification of product structure leads to product damage; unable to provide effective purchase certificate.
(7) If there is something unclear in the use process, we will provide you with technical support at any time.
(8) If the sterilization event fails to meet the standard due to improper operation or machine failure, the company will not be liable for compensation.
